Kremasti tart od smokava za kasno ljetno popodne

Sezona je smokava. I onih ljubičastih, i zelenih. Vrijeme kad se tim sočnim voćkama sladimo i kad ih zagrizemo a iz njih onako zamamno sočnih curi sok niz usta i iz lice…

Često ih ne stignemo ni sačuvati od ukućana, i dok se okrenemo nestane ih sa stola u tren oka. A taman smo htjele napraviti neki ukusan kolač sa smokvama.

Evo jednog zanimljivog recpeta za tart od smokava, sa kremom od mascarponea i smokava, koju možete i izostaviti pa smao na tart, tijesto poredati prerezane smokve. Štogod vam ovog vikenda bude pasalo to i napravite.

Smokve

Priprema: tart od smokava

Za tart:

115 g maslaca, ili kombinacije 80 g palmino ulje + 35 kokosovo ulje

50 g smeđeg šećera

250 grama brašna

25 g tapioce ili gustina

1 jaje

so

limunov sok

½ praška za pecivo

Krema:

2 jaja

80 ml mascarponea

sok od ½ limuna

3 supene kaš smeđeg šećera

U prosijano brašno sa praškom za pecivo dodati šećer i masnoću, te na kraju i razmućeno jaje i zamijesiti tijesto za tart. Tijesto ohladiti pola sata u frižideru a potom ga oklagijom razvaljati na debljinu od 2 cm i prebaciti u vatrostalnu tepsiju. Na tijesto dodati kremu koju smo prethodno umutili od jaja, šećera i mascarponea, te dodali limunov sok.

Peći u zagrijanoj rerni na 180 C 35 min, te ohladiti. Prije psoluživanja izrezati par smokava na polovice ili četvrtine i poredati po tartu.
