Ukusni i brzi recepti za ultra zdrave slatkiše koje morate isprobati!

Ukoliko mislite da ne postoji zdravi kolač koji se sastoji samo od prirodnih sastojaka i ne sadrži rafinirani šećer, a uz sve to je i ukusan – varate se! Obično se zdravi slatkiši pripremaju sa skromnom količinom namirnica i to vrlo brzo. Sve što je potrebno jeste malo volje!

Američke palačinke

  • 1 šolja krupno samljevenih zobenih pahuljica
  • 2 kašike integralnog brašna
  • 2 jaja
  • 50 g grčkog jogurta
  • 1/2 šolje zobenog ili bademovog mlijeka
  • 1 mala kašika praška za pecivo
  • prstohvat soli
  • prstohvat cimeta

Samljeve zobene pahuljice, integralno brašni i prašak za pecivo pomiješati, a potom dodati jaja, mlijeko i jogurt. Nakon što se dobije fina i ujednačena masa, začini sa malo soli i cimeta. Palačinke peći na neprijanajućoj tavi na srednje jakoj temperaturi, a poslužiti ih uz grčki jogurt i svježe voće sa malo meda.

Zdravi raffaelo pudding

  • 4-5 kašika chia sjemenki
  • 1/2 šolje mlijeka od kokosa
  • 2 kašike kokosovih mrvica
  • 1 kašika meda ili javorovog sirupa

Sve sastojke pomiješati i ostaviti u frižideru preko noći. Ukrasiti po želji sa listićima badema, kokosom i jagode.
