Zdravo i ukusno: jednostavni proteinski hljeb bez brašna

Hljeb je namirnica koju mnogo ljudi izbjegava, ali postoje neka jela koja jednostavno nisu ukusna bez zalogaja hljeba zbog čega je jako teško oduprijeti se slasnim nezdravim šnitama. Ipak, postoje hljebovi zbog kojih dodatna šnita neće biti preveliki grijeh poput ovog proteinskog hljeba koji je izvrsna zamjena za nezdrave varijante. Mnogi nutritivni sastojci služe kao zamjena za brašno, a pored toga pogodni su za naš organizam jer usporavaju starenje, jačaju imunitet i smanjuju stres – idealna su hrana za mozak.

Iako, većina ljudi unosi dovoljnu količinu proteina svakodnevnom prehranom, dodaci poput ovog proteinskog hljeba odlični su za sve osobe koje žele održati ili povećati mišićnu masu. Ovaj hljeb može pomoći i pri procesu mršavljenja, jer proteini doprinose dužem osjećaju sitosti (za razliku od ugljikohidrata i masti).

Potrebni sastojci za proteinski hljeb

2 kašike chia sjemenki

3 kašike sjemenki lana

3 kašike susama

šaka sjemenski suncokreta

šaka sjemenki tikve

200 grama krupno samljevenih orašastih plodova

5 grama soli

2 kašike spelte

3 jaja

Priprema

Priprema je jednostavna. U veliku zdjelu pomiješati sve navedene sastojke, a potom dodati jaja koja će ih povezati. U obloženi pleh prebaciti masu i peći 20 minuta na 220 stepeni.
